Cellulose diacetate
Cellulose diacetate is a semi-synthetic polymer material made from natural cellulose (such as wood pulp, cotton pulp) as raw material through acetylation reaction. It has both the degradability of natural materials and the excellent properties of synthetic materials, and is widely used in cigarette filters, textile fibers, packaging materials, and medical fields.

Standard: GB/T32117-2015
Usage: Widely used in tobacco, textile, packaging and plastics, medical and other fields.
Cellulose diacetate is a semi-synthetic polymer material made from natural cellulose (such as wood pulp, cotton pulp) through acetylation. It combines the degradability of natural materials with the excellent properties of synthetic materials; physically, it is in the form of white powder or flakes, with a density of about 1.3g/cm³, feels soft and has a silk luster, and has good thermoplasticity; chemically, it is soluble in acetone, resistant to water, grease, and has good weather resistance, and is also biocompatible.
Cellulose diacetate is widely used. In the tobacco industry, it is the main material for cigarette filters, which can absorb harmful components of smoke; in the textile field, it is made into fibers for clothing, which combines moisture absorption, breathability, and silk texture; in packaging and plastics, it can be made into films and containers, suitable for packaging oils and chemicals; in the medical field, due to its biocompatibility, it is used for surgical sutures, drug carriers, etc.

Lyocell is a new type of green fiber made from natural wood pulp using a non-toxic solvent spinning method. It has excellent strength, moisture absorption, and skin-friendliness, with a soft feel and natural luster, combining the advantages of natural and synthetic fibers. It is widely used in clothing fabrics, home textile products, medical textiles, and environmentally friendly non-woven fabrics, and is an ideal material for modern ecological textiles. Its green and environmentally friendly production process is known as 'the most promising fiber of the 21st century'.
