Hubei Xinyang Special Fiber Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. In 2004, it built a "cellulose diacetate tow" production line with independent intellectual property rights, filling the gap in the field of cellulose acetate in my country. It was listed on the "New Third Board" in 2016 and is a national high-tech enterprise, a national intellectual property advantage enterprise, a national specialized and new little giant enterprise, a Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and a Hubei Provincial Manufacturing Individual Champion Product enterprise. As a strategic subsidiary of Hubei Xinyang, Dangyang Ruiyang’s newly operational 30,000-ton diacetate cellulose facility resolves upstream supply constraints while contributing to regional industrial development and fiscal income.
